These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rigytoni (the “Bot”), a Discord bot operated by the rigytoni developer (“we”, “us”). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms.
rigytoni is a virtual pet game for Discord. A single shared pet lives in each server, and members care for it collectively through slash commands and button interactions. Gameplay features include feeding, playing, training, minigames, leaderboards, and related mechanics.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13 years old, or older where required by local law) and comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use the Bot.

We reserve the right to block individual users or remove the Bot from any server, at our discretion, in response to abuse or violations of these Terms.
The Bot is provided as a free hobby project. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the preservation of any game data. Features, game balance, and mechanics may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue the Bot at any time.
Game progress (pet state, experience, items, leaderboard standings, and similar records) has no monetary value and may be modified, reset, or lost as part of updates, bug fixes, balance changes, or technical failures. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
