Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data rigytoni (the “Bot”), operated by the rigytoni developer (“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used. By using the Bot, you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

The Bot only collects data generated through direct interaction with it (slash commands and button clicks). This includes:

• Discord identifiers: your Discord user ID and username, the server (guild) ID, and the ID of the channel the Bot is configured to use
• Interaction history: a record of actions you take with the Bot (for example: feeding, playing, training, gifting), including timestamps
• Game state: experience points, leaderboard standings, training progress, in-game items and currencies, and other gameplay records tied to your user ID or the server
• Server configuration: settings that server administrators configure for the Bot

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The Bot does not collect, read, or store:

• Message content of any kind
• Direct messages
• Email addresses, real names, or any personal information beyond your Discord user ID and username
• Any activity in the server outside of direct interactions with the Bot

3. How Data Is Used

Collected data is used solely to operate the game: tracking pet state, awarding experience, displaying leaderboards and profiles, and enforcing gameplay mechanics. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Bot’s functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is stored in a private database hosted on Railway (our infrastructure provider) and is accessible only to the rigytoni developer. Some gameplay data (such as usernames on leaderboards and interaction records) is visible to other members of the same Discord server as part of normal Bot functionality.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while the Bot is in use. If the Bot is removed from a server, that server’s data is retained so that progress is preserved if the Bot is re-invited. Data is kept until a deletion request is made (see below).

6. Data Deletion

• Individual users: You may request deletion of your personal data (your interaction history, leaderboard entries, and profile) by contacting us through the support server. We will remove your data upon request.
• Server owners: A server owner may request deletion of all data associated with their server. We will verify server ownership before processing the request, and then delete all data for that server.

7. Security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with access restricted to the rigytoni developer. While we take reasonable measures to protect stored data, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Bot is intended for users who meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (13 years old, or older where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
